1. Cancellation by the Customer

Free Cancellation Window : Customers can cancel their ride free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. The 2 hours will be calculated from the time of cancellation to the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Fee : If the ride is cancelled less than 1 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 10 % of the Fare will be charged. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with preparing the ride and the driver's time.

2. Cancellation by the Cab Service

Service Cancellation : We reserve the right to cancel a ride due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, or driver availability. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the ride.
Refund Process : If the service is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1 business days. If a ride is rescheduled, any difference in fare will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Modifications to the Policy

Policy Changes : We may update our cancellation policy from time to time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes through our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy regularly.
